Nya

The first session took place a little over a month before the birth, during a walk in the forest.
In December 2017, the air was crisp and the late winter light was beautiful. It didn’t take much: a single roll of film was enough to capture this joyful moment, filled with anticipation and tenderness.

Nya was born on January 13, 2018, eagerly awaited by an already lively family, as she is their fourth child. She chose the end of the morning to come into the world, quite simply, without any complications.
The second session took place the very next day, in the bedroom, without any staging, in the spirit of a loved one who had come to share the joy of her birth.

A month later, we met again to capture her first moments of life. Once again, we focused on natural images: no heavy equipment, no artificial lighting, no unnecessary accessories.
Just the sweetness of everyday life, the simplicity of a one-month-old baby, and the quiet beauty of those early days.
